These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ko111. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the ko111 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. ko111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ko111 will notify affected players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification with at least five (5) calendar days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the ko111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the ko111 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. Players who do not meet all of the following requirements are not permitted to create an account or use any ko111 service.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active ko111 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the entire duration of your account being active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or following a routine compliance review.
- You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold a ko111 account.
- You must be acting on your own behalf. Opening or operating a ko111 account on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
- You must not be self-excluded from the ko111 platform or from online gambling generally under any voluntary or mandatory exclusion scheme. Players who have previously self-excluded from ko111 must contact support to formally request reinstatement after the exclusion period has elapsed before they may register a new account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure with forfeiture of balance.
- You must not hold any other active ko111 account. Each individual may maintain only one registered account at a time. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ko111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
ko111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Verification
ko111 account registration is a straightforward process, but it carries obligations that players must maintain throughout the life of their account.
3.1 Registration Process
To register a ko111 account, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and your date of birth. Your mobile number will be used for two-factor authentication (2FA), account recovery, and compliance verification. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receiving one-time verification codes and important account notifications via SMS.
ko111 will send a one-time PIN (OTP) to the mobile number provided during registration. Entering the OTP correctly completes the registration process and activates your account. The OTP is valid for ten (10) minutes from the time it is sent. If it expires, a new OTP may be requested via the registration screen.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ko111 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ko111 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account immediately after registration. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify ko111 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. ko111 will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension while the investigation is ongoing.
ko111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to notify ko111 promptly upon becoming aware of a security breach.
3.3 KYC Verification
ko111 operates a risk-based KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. While some features of the platform are accessible without completing full KYC, withdrawal of winnings above certain thresholds and access to higher deposit limits will require completion of identity verification. ko111 may require KYC verification at any stage, including at initial registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or following a routine compliance review.
Requested KYC documents may include government-issued photo identification (NID, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from your bKash or Nagad registered account confirming the registered mobile number matches the one on file with ko111). All documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. ko111 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission does not satisfy verification requirements.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ko111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern how funds are deposited into and withdrawn from your ko111 account.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for card payments (Visa, Mastercard). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed at the point of transaction. Mobile wallet deposits are processed immediately and credited to your ko111 balance within 90 seconds under normal operating conditions.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, ko111 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and request full KYC documentation before reinstating access. ko111 accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of a third-party deposit arrangement entered into by the player.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the ko111 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, and bank cards may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the receiving account, depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.
ko111 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or the account's transaction pattern triggers a routine compliance review. During such a review, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours. ko111 will notify the player of any hold and the documents required to release it.
ko111 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or your issuing bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ko111's control. Players are advised to review the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider before initiating a withdrawal.
4.3 Refunds & Chargebacks
All deposits made to the ko111 platform are considered final once credited to your account balance and used to place bets or wagers. ko111 does not offer refunds on deposits that have been wagered. In the limited circumstances where a deposit is made in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction resulting from a technical fault) and the funds have not yet been wagered, players may contact support to request a manual review. ko111 will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or mobile wallet provider without first contacting ko111 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. ko111 reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon receiving notification of a chargeback dispute and to seek recovery of funds where a chargeback is found to be unwarranted.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
ko111 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time each offer is presented.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
Bonuses credited to your ko111 account are classified as Bonus Funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Bonus Funds may be used to place bets and wagers across eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms, but they may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after the wagering requirement has been satisfied, are converted to Real-Money Funds and become eligible for withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all ko111 bonuses:
- Each eligible player may claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring or repeatable.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other offers unless the promotion terms explicitly permit combination.

- Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and certain fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Cricket and sports betting may contribute at a separate rate. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion terms.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
ko111 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players who make their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement applicable to the current welcome bonus offer are displayed on the ko111 promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to players who deposit a minimum of ৳500 as their first deposit. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account automatically upon the qualifying deposit clearing.
5.3 Promotional Integrity
ko111 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or determine that a player is ineligible for a specific promotion if ko111 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the player is exploiting the promotion in bad faith — including but not limited to: placing low-risk covering bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion.
Where abuse is identified, ko111 may void the bonus, reverse any winnings derived from it, and restrict or close the associated account. ko111 will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to dispute the decision before any final action is taken.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ko111 platform, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, fishing games, and WM Live tables.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on ko111 are subject to acceptance by the platform. ko111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on the basis of erroneous odds published due to a technical error, and bets that exceed the maximum stake limit applicable to the relevant market. Where a bet is refused or voided, the staked amount is returned to the player's account balance in full.
For live in-play cricket betting, odds are updated continuously during the course of play. A bet is only confirmed once the platform has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Bets submitted during the brief delay between a live event occurrence and the platform's odds update are not automatically voided; however, ko111 reserves the right to void bets where it is evident that the bet was placed with knowledge of an outcome that had already occurred.
6.2 Casino Game Rules

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

- Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform without manual human intervention.
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors knowingly to generate artificial winnings.
- Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over non-colluding participants.
- Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to conceal your geographic location or circumvent access controls.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the ko111 platform.
- Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or payment method ownership during the KYC process.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming
ko111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and obligations form part of these Terms and are binding on both the player and the platform.
ko111 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from the account settings panel without requiring a support ticket:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous gaming session duration, after which ko111 will display a session-end notification.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily suspend their ko111 account for a defined period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, account login is disabled and no promotional communications are sent.

Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Both players and ko111 have the right to close or suspend an account under certain conditions. The following terms govern how account closure and suspension work on the ko111 platform.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your ko111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining Real-Money Balance (excluding any unvested Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. Note that voluntary account closure is distinct from self-exclusion; if you are requesting closure due to concerns about problem gambling, please request self-exclusion instead so that appropriate safeguards are applied.
8.2 ko111-Initiated Suspension or Closure
ko111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.4.
- Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute without prior notification to ko111 support.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
Where an account is closed by ko111 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including Real-Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of ko111's investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld Real-Money Funds will be returned. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, ko111 reserves the right to permanently forfeit the balance.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ko111 will notify players at the email or mobile number on file at the 10-month mark and again at the 11-month mark, allowing players to reactivate their account before dormancy is declared. Once dormant, a monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to the account balance to cover ongoing maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time simply by logging in; no formal request is required.
8.4 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ko111 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication within 30 days, the matter may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution process as determined by ko111.
